eddymendoza
Hello friends. I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question for anyone who uses a digital back on their large format camera. I own a Cambo 4x5 film camera, and I also have a Phase One P back on my Hasselblad H2 that I would like to use because I can't find anyone in the State of Florida that can develop 4x5 sheets. I am looking at an adapter plate on ebay that is a Graflock style connection and looks to be the correct one. Graflook is Graflock correct? They should all be the same size and fit I assume. Thanks in advance for your help.
rodeo_joe1
Yes, the Graflock back is also known as an 'International' back. The fitting is standardised as having two sliding spring-loaded clips to hold a variety of interchangeable film-holders in place against a recessed channel. However, you should consider that all of those film-holders were designed to keep the focal plane in the same position, regardless of format. That's not necessarily the case with a digital back adapter, which might need more relief than a sheet or roll of film.
bob_salomon
Pittman, Johnson or Palm Beach Workshop or Carousel. Or Camera and Hobby in Orlando can’t deliver sheet film?
