I was ready to throw it into the trash since I couldn't identify this little rascal of a bird that is a frequent visitor in our garden. He /or she also has a spouse and a pair of neighbors. All of them living in the vicinity of our garden. A friend on facebook helped me identify the bird. It turns out it is native to Asia. Not anywhere does it mention that the bird can be found in Europe. However, when I googled on bird sightings I found that this specific species thrives just in our neighborhood and in the one just east of us. It is a red-whiskered bulbul. wgpinc Posted April 17, 2020 Share Posted April 17, 2020 An old picture from a Canon XSi. Nice little camera for its time with the very fine Canon 10-22mm lens. I still have the lens but have updated the Rebel series to a newer model because I like the small camera body. I really like the lens but don't get around to using it enough.
