He rambles, he repeats, he's a bit catty, sometimes vague, and his English is rough (but fluent). But, I don't know why, I just like this guy a lot. He does make a lot of sense, and you'll find plenty to agree with and disagree with. He makes the point that if you're going to review a camera, you should be a photographer first and foremost. Not a gadget reviewer, because gadget reviewers are not photographers. People who do laptop and iPad reviews should not be doing camera reviews, he asserts. Well, I see his point. If you're going to review the SL2, but you haven't used the SL for more than a week back in 2015, what good is your opinion? Anyway, you're going to like him or you're not going to like him. But I find his presentations compelling. And kind of fun. He's on my level on a lot of things, but when he isn't, it's cool.
