Phone Phriday threads seem to encourage any photo taken with a phone. More descriptively-named threads often suggest a theme to follow. Anyway, next time I’m in Vegas on Chinese New Year, I’ll try to grab a pic of a mouse or a rat or some kind of varmint. :) Hey, believe it or not, while I was writing this post, I remembered taking this photo (with my iPhone) on Jan. 25, Chinese New Year. Not at the Bellagio, I’m sorry to say, but at a Wildlife and Conservation exhibit in Chico, California. I would say at least it’s related to rats (they’re often called rats with wings), but I learned they’re not even members of the rodent family! Nevertheless, as we’re not terribly rule-oriented here, I give you the best I can do, furry and much cuter than I would have thought ... "You talkin' to me?"
