Email not being forwarded

I'm in the same boat as Sanford. My clients aren't being able to reach me at photo.net and it is being a pain. Fortunately some are calling me. Add my name to the conversation as well.

I understand from contacts early in the week that this is work in progress, I followed up on it yesterday, have yet to receive a response.

Thanks, I know this is probably as frustrating to you as it is to us.

Don't know if you got the Pop up that you had to sign onto - based on EU privacy rules. May have something to do with the issues. I queried my tech contact again. Will let you know if I hear anything. Sorry was busy / out of the house most of the day yesterday, had intended to pursue this.

This site is seriously broken. If the owners can't even maintain it, can they simply shut it down, delete our photos, and release us from the agreement they don't appear able to keep themselves?

This photo.net e-mail forwarding problem is still going on and causing us paying photo.net members problems!

 

Status: 5.4.7 (Message could not be delivered in the allotted time frame)

Remote-MTA: dns; photo.net

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 400 Network error: Could not connect to photo.net:25

 

Got a message 10/19 - they are still working on it. Now you know as much as I do!

Is there somewhere on our profile page where the general public can get our email address? If there is, I'd like to change it back to my real address. We can never trust p/n email forwarding again even if it is eventually repaired. My only concern is that I'm paying for a very valuable service and not getting it. Our membership fee should be adjusted accordingly.

It seems like the mailserver is still having troubles. MX Toolbox reports

Any word from tech support? The MX Toolbox website still reports "Unable to connect after 15 seconds," which suggests the mailserver is down, or unreachable due to firewall rules, or something similar.

 

I forwarded your previous message in full. They are aware of the situation - no response as yet.

I'm also am not getting all my emails forwarded. I have lost many important emails due to this. Also, even when an email has been delivered, the sender's are still getting a message failed email. I've had enough of this, I'm out, I now need to change years worth of official registrations that have this address, seriously unhappy when I've paid for this service for years.

My email is also not being forwarded to the registered email address and I can no longer find anywhere on Photo.net where I can check that this function is still operating. This is now a serious problem as I need to reset a password on a photo site that only has my photo.net email address, so it seems to be sending the reset email into a void. Help!
