I spent my recent Sunday morning documenting a new event facility getting one of their batches of fresh customers into play. We'll revisit the place in the spring when there's some grass and some better light. So, let's see some photos: go!

Matthew Currie
Shun, the albatross and rockhopper penguin were both at West Point Island in the Falklands. Extra Nikon note: these were also gotten with new 70-300 AFP (the FX model with switches on it). Very happy with new lens.

I have been to the Falklands twice, both for just a couple of days as part of some Antarctic cruise. Can't remember whether I have been to West Point Island, but Steeple Jason has the largest albatross colony in the southern hemisphere, only second to the one on Midway Island.
