gossen profispot problem - help needed

Hi, my gossen profispot just broke one of the jacks that connect to the meter. I think i can weld the small "cable" inside the jack (this is the piece that broke, letting loose the jack - see picture), but i don't know how to get the profispot attachment open.

Has anyone had this problem? How did you solve it? Any advice? (Gossen does no longer service this equipment).

By the way, i'm in Portugal...

Thank's in advance,

Rui

No. - Generic answer, fired from the hip: Tear of metal signs with a knife, spot & remove tiny Phillips screws under them, seperate case elements with knife or screwdriver (they might connect with plastic noses. if noses get turn off patch the entire thing with fiberglass & polyester during reassembly after function check.

Best of luck (& let me know if I was far off)
