ken_kuzenski
https://www.cnn.com/style/article/deutsche-borse-photography-2019-scli-intl-gbr/index.html There are a couple of good photos in the story. I REALLY don't know why photography news, or even call it journalism, would be in the "style" section ...
mikemorrell
It's a consequence of the basic website design: the number and content of 'top-level' menu-items and the content of 'second-level' menu-items (or articles) under each top-level item. The NYT has 19 different 'top-level' menu items (including arts, books, travel magazine). CNN has 9. If you click on the 'hamburger menu' on the top right of CNN's 'Style', you'll that it includes content on: Arts Design Fashion Architecture Luxury Autos The story is an article in 'Style' but it's in the category (and sub-menu) 'Arts'. The websites of many media-outlets group Arts, Culture and Entertainment ander one generic top-level menu-item. Sometimes it's called 'Culture', sometimes (BBC) 'Arts and Entertainment'. The LA Times has 'Arts & Culture' as a sub-section of 'Entertainment'.
