ShunCheung
This is the additional weekly image thread for the Nature Forum. While images posted to this thread should still be nature in theme, it may contain a small amount of human-made objects and therefore less restricted than the Monday in Nature threads. Please see this discussion for more details: Alternative weekly thread in Nature forum Each participant please post no more than just one image per weekly thread. White-crowned sparrow, thought this image should be quite appropriate for Nature Unlimited

ShunCheung
Maculated Flounder Bay Islands Honduras That is one of those "what am I supposed to be looking at" (in a good way) type images. The camouflage is amazing. Edited April 5, 2019 by ShunCheung

PuntaColorada
Bigmothae ondoorus Creative nomenclature :) Yes. I know of at least 2 systems of taxonomy: Linnaean and Chuck Jonesean (Warner Brothers producer of the Road Runner Cartoons). I am most comfortable with the latter.

katsone
Not the best image, but on my first day back out in the field I was surprised by a Juvenile Bald Eagle! I haven't seen it again, but my Osprey shots are getting better!
