Matt Laur
Important: please keep your image under 1000 pixels on the longest side for in-line viewing, and please keep the FILE SIZE UNDER 300kb. Note that this includes photos hosted off-site (at Flickr, Photobucket, your own site, etc). Are you new to this thread? The general guidelines for these Wednesday threads are right here:http://www.photo.net/nikon-camera-forum/00W7km. This forum's moderators are allowing up to three Nikon Wednesday images per week, so share some work! Surely we weren't the only ones having a bit of Irish-ness to eat this past weekend. I do like a nice corned beef with potatoes and cabbage (with a little carrot in there to color things up!). So, a gratuitous food snapshot it is, this Nikon Wednesday. Dish! marcel_carey
My morning moon shot isn't as great as I would have liked it to be. Maybe it was the air pollution or diffraction that caused it to be ragged on the edge. But the interesting thing is that there was a flying object that passed between me and the moon. Not certain if it was a plane or the international space station. But I could see the moving shadow on the moon. Matthew Currie
Busy yesterday, but I got out today. Here's a local farm with a little bit of everything (note, the flag is on the other side of the driveway. At least they didn't put it inside):
Matthew Currie
i went out hoping to see some eagles, but there are no holes in the lake yet, and no eagles. But the rocks are pretty unusual.
Matthew Currie
And here's a plucky little tree hanging on for dear life. Someday I'd like to figure out why the second of three pictures never loads. Every week I have to post the reply without the picture and add it as an edit. First and third always work. Odd. This week, D7100 and 16-80 for first and third, 200-500 for second (I really was hoping for an eagle!).
