m42dave
Andrew, I used to have a 15m and it uses LR44 batteries (can't remember now it takes 3 or 4). The battery compartment is larger in diameter because the camera originally came with a battery sleeve and spring. If you don't have the battery insert, you might be able to use larger batteries and wrap them with tape. The Zenit SLR meters aren't voltage sensitive, so regular alkaline batteries are fine. mavinom
Hi Andrew, how many LR44 did you finally use? And do you have the battery sleeve, mine is missing and I am wondering what it looks like. Best regards, Martijn
