Film Camera Week for December 7

Recommended Posts

Greetings all and welcome to our new thread. As usual post all the images you want from your film camera. I'll start with some images from a roll of HP5+ that I processed a few days ago.

The early to mid 1980's MD zooms (28-85 and 35-135) balance well on the XE bodies and the SRT bodies as well. Both lenses are favorite zooms of mine. The 35-70 is another one that I enjoy using.

The remaining images were the same camera but with the MC Rokkor 50mm f 1.4

Sorry about duplicate image. My computer or browser, without my consent, abruptly went to the previous page before I hit Post Thread so my original editing of the image was wiped out.

Got film in a couple of other cameras plus a roll of Plus-X from my Minolta HiMatic 7S that I need to develop so I might have more over the weekend.

Looking forward to seeing everyone's images.

Some frames from a walkabout using a Nikon FE fitted with a Zoom-Nikkor 35-70mm f/3.3-4.5 lens. I hope to get out with a nice new black FE some time in the weekend. The film was Ilford FP4 Plus developed in PMK Pyro.

Rockville Maryland Town Center

Yashica E TLR, 80/3.5 Yashinon, (expired) Verichrome Pan, HC-110B

In case anyone is wondering, the Yashica E is a rare, automatic camera in the Yashica TLR series from the 1964-65 timeframe with a fixed 1/60 second shutter speed and a selenium cell that adjusts the aperture accordingly. Working examples are hard to find, I guess I'm one of the fortunate ones so far! For more info, see this thread. Cheers, Allan

My first effort exposing Kodak Portra film - Film Portra 160 - Camera Koni Omega Rapid - Lens 58mm. The film back needs repairing, images overlapped resulting in severe cropping but this shot not so much. Home processed, scanned in Nikon 80001550112753_AlpacasPortra160copy.thumb.jpg.80ea0a1426b202318b557804c62ca4c6.jpg

Ugg I've been sick for days and it's cold and raining but Buddy the mutt pup wanted to walk. Just snaps from the local park. Nikkormat FT2, 35mm Series e on Foma 100. certainly a different look than the Tmax 400 I've been shooting.
