manuel_odabashian
I have an old CPA2 processor a jobo which I bought cheaply from a dealer. The motor worked only very slowly so it was suggested it needed changing. Something else was suggested but that I forgot. Has anyone any ideas? rodeo_joe1
The rotation speed is a maximum of 80 RPM - about 1.3 rotations per second - with a low speed of 25 RPM - just over 1 revolution every 2 seconds. So it's not designed to spin very fast. The manual can be found here. My CPE-2 was in pretty poor shape when I got it, but a clean up, de-rusting and greasing of the moving parts under the control panel got it back to fully working order with no need for replacement parts. Take note that the thermostat may not be accurate and in need of compensation - as stated in the linked manual. Don't try to adjust the thermostat, simply add or subtract any error from the temperature marked on the dial. manuel_odabashian
Thanks that's helpful I have left it in the shed and not looked at it for years. Just seen a video which from memory seems faster than my machine though I cannot be certain if it was not a CPA and not a CPA2 will go down in the morning
