Older Kodachrome..How to develop in B&W?

At a thrift shop I wanted to purchase 4 photographic items, offered $20 but the manager insisted I take everything in a beat up box for the same price. In the box was a fairly pristine Argus C3(Ugh...my 5th one) but it had Kodachrome film almost exposed to the end. I have had bad luck with found film before but I am willing to take the plunge. I've read previous posts about using HC-110, which I have, and the difficulties with the Kodachrome backing or black goo. However this is very old Kodachrome, process 11(see pictures) and it may require different developing methods. I suspect it is from the early 50's...The Argus was manufactured in 1951 and because the camera and case were in pristine condition, it may be that the film was it's very 1st roll? I strongly suspect I will be disappointed again with any images, if any, but I am willing to go at it again. Any suggestions would be helpful. Koda1.jpg.297507dd860dc5f6ef122f89e4e77824.jpg

Just a lot of guesswork here, but I think the biggest difference would be in color processing since the dyes and other chemicals differed somewhat with each successive process. I'm guessing the initial black & white image formation might be similar for all (K11, 12, 14) so use what you could find for K14 as a starting point, but because of age increase the time. If possible snip off a test strip and try it first.
