Moving On
I have to say that it is great encouragement to me that History of Sacrifice to help others is so well represented in the photographs of, and fealty to, those events. That last photo says it so much better than any words of mine could express. It reminds me of the expression by the French school children in their adoption of American graves at Normandy. Thank you. Additionally, love the “Iowa” tag on the front of the vehicle. Nice touch. Edited November 8, 2018 by Moving On

Andrew in Austin
Nice shot of the river boats on the Amazon. Also, liked the shot of US 441 looking down from Newfound Gap - in addition to the fog on the country road somewhere between Pheba and Cedarbluff. Mike Gammill
Yes, a great start to the thread and some creative and high quality images. Thanks for the complements on the fog photos. My wife and I were on the way to work (we both teach at same school) and being on a county road I was going slow enough that I didn't mind stopping for photos. Main highway at 65 mph I don't stop so often, but probably should. I should have some more to post by the weekend. And of course I look forward to seeing more images from everyone.
