DxO Optics Pro, DxO Photo Lab

Recommended Posts

If you find AfterShot easy to use - why are you switching to others? What is it about AfterShot you do not like?

There are other alternatives to consider: Lightroom, CaptureOne Pro, Cyberlink PhotoDirector, On1. So if the DxO software doesn't work for you, and you want/need to move away from AfterShot, you could try one of those to see if it suits you better.

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

I like Aftershot, so far, but it seems to be lightweight compared to DxO PhotoLab. DxO seems to be held in higher regard. I've got trial versions of both and have trouble getting the hang of DxO. I want to know if other members of the forum have used it and what they think of it. Most important, where can I learn how to use it? I've looked at the RAM converters Wouter Willemse mentions but, right now, I'm considering DxO.
