Mike Gammill
Greetings all, and welcome to our new thread, This is the place to post images from any film camera (as many as you like). I'll start with a few from a roll of Ilford HP5+ that I processed and scanned earlier in the week. Camera was Maxxum XTSI with 50mm f 1.7. early morning view of trees and fence fall decorations on a rare sunny afternoon (been mostly cloudy lately) Truck entrance milk, jelly, sugar, etc. Limited depth of field at f 1.7 Hope to have more to post later in weekend. Looking forward to seeing everyone's images.

m42dave
The Sensorex is not a camera to use in a hurry. One has to remember not only to set the correct maximum aperture on the camera when changing lenses, but also to ensure that the stepless aperture coupling is not nudged accidentally. I also have to keep in mind that my early Sensorex has spot metering (later models had averaging metering). Used with care, they are rewarding SLRs to shoot. The lenses are contrasty and have handy close-focusing distances.
rossb
Ektar 100 with Mamiya 645e. Another with my first roll of C41 processing. This area is a particularly colorful place and the reason I went there with my Ektar film choice. Tripod, f22 at 1/60th second. Pretty much sunny 16 but I meter with a Gossen Sixtomat F2 meter as it has a scene averaging mode. No filters used. Being a B/W guy I do not have a color filter kit. Just a 2 stop ND and a 10 stop ND. I may look into a color filter kit if I keep shooting color which so far has been super fun. carbon_dragon
Cades Cove. FM2n, Otus 85/1.4, 010, Velvia 100. Hey, I'm going there in about a week and a half. Any tips? I went there once but it's been decades. Was that recent? If so it doesn't look like there is any leaf color going on (just as there isn't any to speak of in North Georgia).

The Cades Cove is reserved for bikes part of a couple of mornings. Go during the week if you can because it is very crowded on weekends in the latter part of October. I took those pictures in late September before the color peaks which is usually the last two weeks in October. Check to Great Smoky Mountains Railroad website if you might enjoy a train ride out of Bryson City, N.C. Since I already have a lot of color I chose to go early and avoid the crowds and I was doing mostly black and white. The Cove is beautiful if you are patient with the crowds. mjferron
I've not had my film cameras out in a while but I did load my Ilford 4x5 Obscura with a sheet of Tmax 400 and took a boring shot in the park yesterday . 45 second exposure. A man with dog wandered onto the footbridge during exposure and are barely visible as shadows.
