jim_slife
Hello, I’ve recently acquired a Fuji GX617 with the “normal” 180mm lens (and viewfinder). I took it out yesterday for my first shots with it and am not sure how to interpret the scene in the viewfinder. The manual isn’t any help in this regard and I’ve come up dry online. I’ve attached a photo to illustrate. The first (widest) box consists of the hashed double lines. Inside that, there is a smaller box of a single dotted line. Finally, there is a solid single horizontal line just under the dotted line box. Can anyone explain these lines to me? I assume the larger double line box is what the camera will capture but I’m not certain. Thanks for any help. Sincerely, Jim
Wilmarco Imaging
Jim, on the largeformatphotography.info site there is a user, tuco, who is actively using a GX617. Suggest visiting the site and contacting him. Wilmarco Imaging Wilmarco Imaging, on Flickr wilmarcoimaging on Instagram
