I really like it, it is well composed, the contrast is to my liking, and I particularly like how you focused on her mouth, which expresses the activity she is displaying (laughter). Everything about the shot draws me in and makes me smile in response and want to know what she has found so humorous. It's not just a picture, it becomes an object of interaction; at least from my perspective. And ultimately I think that is one of the main objectives for a photographer, to engage his/her audience with their art; a not so easy task to accomplish with a two dimensional still image (monochrome at that) but I think you have succeeded with this shot.
