Any experience with Thorsten Overgaard's stuff

I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with Overgaard's material. I purchased, at a significant discount, one of his video packages. It came with five possible downloads - I've tried four on my home computer, to no avail. And will try the final one at work tomorrow. Have I been sold a pup? What have been other people's experience? Yes, downloaded at work. You were right Karim, the browser. And Stric, a brilliant piece. Thanks for the link. I paid a significantly discounted price ($35) for a package that he was selling for a three digit figure. I've watched half of it, and it's probably worth the $35, but I would be mightily pissed off if I paid the normal list price. Regards, Arthur (apiarist1)

His website is an interesting and informative browse. The materials for sale come off as overpriced and there are some less than glowing online pieces on him if you look around.

 

His site and others like Ken Rockwell, I consider fun and entertaining for what they are and nothing more.

I love the way that Thorsten writes about photography. I suppose the opposite of his work would be Reid Reviews, where there are very in-depth technical reviews of all kinds of stuff. IMO both are valuable.
