ron_hacker Posted August 12, 2018 Share Posted August 12, 2018 I am having problems loading 11x17 sheets of Hahnemuhle Photo Rag matte paper. I usually load similar papers using the rear loader with minimum problems but the printer will not accept the Hahnemuhle Photo Rag matte. The error warning keeps telling me to reload the paper no matter how many times I try. The printer will not grab the paper and feed it through. Compared to the Epson Hot Press papers the Photo Rag feels much softer and more pliable. Is this the problem? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
