bogdan_harjoc Posted July 30, 2018 Share Posted July 30, 2018 I've tried to change my name under Account -> Contact Info but keep getting "/services/user/edit/all/details: 500 (Internal Server Error)". Norman 202 Posted July 30, 2018 Share Posted July 30, 2018 if you click on your name (top right of the page) you can access your Personal Details. Click on the Account drop down and select Change Username. It worked for me yesterday so hopefully it is still working :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It starts with "Signature", "Privacy", "Preferences", etc. Loading photo.net/discuss/account/personal-details also says "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action". It might only be available to premium members. EDIT: Updating my name under "Contact Info" (the name that is displayed on my profile page) worked now, so I'm happy with the result. Thanks.
