hapien Posted June 4, 2018 Share Posted June 4, 2018 Long awaited GIMP with 16-bit per channel colors appears to be out. Linux version worked fine. Windows version works if one uninstalls previous version before hitting install program. There are lot of features including two new image resizing algorithms. rodeo_joe1 Posted June 5, 2018 Share Posted June 5, 2018 I was under the impression that GIMP has handled 48 bit colour for several years now. Since version 2.8.3 or something like that. 'Bout time they fixed the awful bugs in the hue/saturation module though, and made the default for resizing 'All Layers' and not the crazy 'None'. Who the heck would want to resize no layers?
