Not only Nikon Wednesday, but how about another installment of Wayback Wednesday? To that end, here are three random grabs from a visit with a client's property a few years back. Used a D300, as I recall. Roll the dice, throw a dart, guess a number ... but dig into an old folder and share some photos! Or, new ones - it's all fun.

These are a couple of weeks old - I've been "out of the game" with a nasty shoulder problem for over a year now. Following surgery I'm almost fully healed, so I've finally been able to pick up my trusty D700 and go walkabout. Treated myself to a 24-120 f4 VRII to celebrate!

PS Have the upload rules changed? The guidance still says maximum file sizes of 300kB; the upload button is claimPnet_1.thumb.jpg.60776ae646ae7bc0c289087cd2d08aac.jpg ing 1GB. Mine are all downsized to 300kB at present...

Fun wayback Wednesday! I closed my eyes and clicked on a year. ETA: D700+24-85vr562218067_BackstagePass(202of79).thumb.jpg.44df7cee0ff41e8a095bb715aa73b34a.jpg 784331188_BackstagePass(223of79).thumb.jpg.af8427174176dad346209d801ecabc84.jpg 1048609189_BackstagePass(270of79).thumb.jpg.cd7e4cc59c51cfae97a9761f3db981b9.jpg In 2013 I shot a series of pictures behind the scenes at the Utah Symphony (where I work) and called it Backstage Pass. Here are a couple from that folder.

I chose to upload a newer pic. I recently got my hands on a D500 and a 200-500 f5.6. and have been having a lot of fun with it.

Here is a little Basilisk I see frequently at a park I spend some of my lunch break at. Exceptionally colored little fellow and somewhat rarer than the brown versions. I think this guy is part dinosaur.

Missed attaching the pic to the post. Pic below. Sorry.
