Thanks Marc for posting this. The article on the Moulin Rouge film has motivated me to try to find this film and watch it. Keppler on developing B&W has a few good practical tips, especially for beginners; it seems that he did not wash between developing and fixing, which is a bit strange.

 

I did not know that there were thousand-lines TV cameras available in 1953, and that Bing Crosby had a R&D facility working on videotape development. Hope it was not an April Fools' joke.
