A foraging flock of Monk Parakeets here in Punta Colorada Uruguay. It is amazing how bright green and blue feathers can be such effective camouflage.393969835_MonkParakeets.thumb.jpg.308eeae02039e2bedcd30ecd8306baa2.jpg

It is a bit annoying that they have highly visible tags around their necks. I suppose any leg tag would have been hidden under water and defeated their purpose.
