Hi everyone, and a good Nikon Wednesday to all. Sometimes the photo isn't for us, or even all about being a photo. In this case, it's an image that's about to head into the buzz-saw of heavy duty manipulation until it winds up in stark, very high contrast B&W ... and becomes a negative photo resist on a sheet of sterling silver which will be in turn electro-etched and built into a piece of art jewelry. Or so the artist tells me! Don't ask me, I just make pixels. Any photos made in support of someone else's creativity? Share some, or whatever else you've got!birchbark.thumb.jpg.71eec3f15c1f1a83bb66457cd75f205f.jpg

I normally try to claim my photos have something to do with Matt's theme, but this time I've got nothing. Unless you're claiming nature's the one with the creativity.

Those in Europe at the moment will know we've been having "some weather". Surprisingly little has been settling where I live, but we've had intermittent blizzards. Here's an abstract of the view straight up. D810, Sigma 150mm macro (f/18, 1/20s). TN36UT on turbo for lighting.
