Don Harpold
Hello Again Here are a few more from the Hasselblad 500C model this time from last week, using Provia 100 and these were processed at FotoExpress in San Jose, CA I scanned these on the new, I will probably say new for another week or so, Epson V800 using only the Silverfast SE8 and the only adjustment in PS was resizing. Rick I have sent you a message Comments and critiques will be appreciated Four Palms Sign Planter
Mike Gammill
Nice shots, Don. And great job on the scanning.
rick_drawbridge
Great job, Don. Understandably, scanning in colour is a little more complicated than B&W, but Silverfast SE and the Epson software both offer a full suite of adjustments. From the above samples it looks as if you've nailed it.

Don Harpold
Kind of slow, I guess the bad weather? Here are some for the Canonet QL17 GIII HP5 from bulk developed in Pyrocat HD And scanned on the V800 and cleaned up in PS Elements2 It was a gray day very overcast until a little later in the day Bay 101 Church Looks like a little light leak lower rt corner not sure where that came from Stairway Stairs and bike rack wall growth Now this one came in as a Tiff and not sure if I changed over correctly to a jpeg? Do you just save as a jpeg after you make the adjustments? this one was darker than the others
rick_drawbridge
Looking good, Don. Yes, I save the scans as either PSDs or TIFFs, to work on them. JPGs are too "lossy" for multiple saving. When I want to post an image to the internet I duplicate the finished file and resize the copy to my requirements, and save it as a JPG for posting. chuck909
This is from a long time ago. too. All I remember is that it was Kodachrome 25 and a Minolta SRT 101. I do remember also that it was taken a few days before the first moon landing. (First prize to whom ever guesses where I took the photo)

Nice shot, it brings back memories of being young.
Mike Gammill
Can't guess the location of the photo, but I remember watching the Apollo moon landing. Our TV was a 1956 Zenith so picture wasn't all that sharp.
chuck909
OK, a hint for location - Some place in Wyoming I THINK that the lens was an old Soligor 28mm T-mount pre-set.
