Sanford
My account has always stayed signed in when I shut down the computer. Today something new is happening and I have to re-sign in each time. Is there still a way to stay signed in?
Sandy Vongries
Most of the time, I stay logged in when I've shut down overnight. Sometimes works for days, then have to log in 2 or 3 times in a single day. No clue as to why, and not enough of a problem to worry about, since it only takes a minute or so to complete the whole log in. Like many things in our PN Universe, quirky. brian_donaldson3
Check your cookies. They (all 23 of them) might be corrupted. You can clear your cookies and your cache. That might fix it. Also, it is possible that your browser is deleting your cookies for this site. Check to see if you have setup to have your history cleared when you exit. kendunton
After about 10 or so checks/loads of the 'new posts' I find that the page never finishes refreshing. It loops or constantly refreshes- never finishing. I have to manually stop the page and logout and back in until the next occurrence ... Being constantly logged in is not possible :) Ah well. One of PNs little eccentricities. This is the only site I have come across with so many problems due to programming errors.
Sanford
This is sloppiness or bad programing, this is by design. They know exactly what they are doing.
Sandy Vongries
They know exactly what they are doing. Resistance is futile - you will be assimilated!

Sanford
I have to disable ABP to stay signed in. Once signed-in, I can re-enable ABP to not see the ads. I would not mind the ads at all except for the flashing Nikon ad. I really don't know if p/n or Nikon thinks this flashing works, I just scroll past it as fast as possible. If its brand name recognition they are after, then they succeeded, but now I hate Nikon.
Norman 202
i have ad blocker disabled but so far today i have had to sign in using the screen displayed above 8-9 times. no adblock banner and signing in is quick as safari remembers my details but 8-9 can’t be right, surely it’s a bug.
