Here is a "stuffer" for the 6th. Scanned some 5 years ago, I finally "cleaned" up this 4x5 neg taken during a mid 70's trek of the Tahoe-Yosemite trail with my Calumet 4x5. This neg somehow had a ton of white spots on it, in addition to the "normal" filth of 4x5 hangers changed in the field (only had 5). Moral: Save those "impossible" neg's & keep on truckin to make them into a masterpiece!

I learned how to operate one of those in 4th grade. Then I changed schools and never saw another one. But, I still remember the smell of that purple "ink".

For the 8th. A month or two ago, Brad Cloven & I spent some time at Pacific Raceway in Kent, Wa. for the SOVREN vintage race care events. I had a roll of XP-2 in one Fed-2 / Jupiter-8 camera, which I have FINALLY gotten developed! (Dwaynes) & now scanned. Here is a mid 1970's Formula 5000 race car. 305cid engine, about 400hp & brakes about the size of the average car steering wheel. Went like stink for sure !! Bill

For the 11th: one of my earliest photos. This one from about 1968. My dad behind the wheel of his 1965 Impala. He was probably on his way to work. Dad had given me a 25 roll pack of Ansco black & white 127 (maybe All Weather Pan). I still couldn't load reels reliably so my dad would load it and let me develop it.

Truth in advertising award ! While "cleaning" out the camera kits a few weeks ago, I found a roll of Fuji Color in one of the Vito II cases, so off to processing & now the scan. Las Vegas in 16 ! Wow, I must "clean house" more often. Bill
