filippo_birichino
Hi, i got an old hasselblad 500 c with a F80mm lens 2.8...i also got a bag of old cool vintage filters 58 mm...is there any filter adaptors i could use to step down? Hope anybody can help me, i was checking online but i did not find 80 mm to 58 mm step down adaptors. Thanks Filippo
chuck909
Hmm, I think you are a little confused. As I recall, the older lenses takes a 50mm bayonet filter. If you want to use a 58mm threaded filter, you might have to use two step rings - at least as far as I looked. First 58mm to 52mm and than 52mm to 50 bayonet. (I took a quick look at B&H and they have what you need) Not sure, but some take a bayonet 60 Edited November 17, 2017 by chuck909
alan_olander1664878205
80mm is the lens focal length not the filter thread size.
christopher_ward2
The filters for the 80mm F/2.8 are Bay50 size and a Bay50-55mm adapter works. A fine camera and lens. Chris
