Photo contest

When I click my photos I selected for the contests, it seems to stretch the original photo to fit the page somehow, they do not seem to be sharp, when I click the photo title, then the normal page is shown with the original photo size and the photo looks sharp. I think it should show the photo with the original dimensions.

I just clicked on the link in the email in order to enter the contest. It took me to a PN web page about the contest with a big green rectangular button that says ENTER THIS CONTEST. When I click on that I'm taken to the main forum listing page, where I can find no contest forum or link. Can someone supply an actual link to where I would submit a photo? Thanks.

That portrait photo seems to be ok, the problem seems to be on some of my older photos which are about 640-800 pixels wide, the contest page seems to strecth them a little bit and sharpness decreases a little bit. For example, this bokeh contest photo ( autumn lights | Photo.net ) is quite small originally, but on the contest page it seems to be a little bit bigger. I did a comparison by opening two browser windows, the photo is bigger on the contest page than on the normal page.

If you are logged in and you click on that green button - it should take you to "my library" URL - Photo.net - Where Photographers Inspire Each Other where you can then find the photo within your portfolio you would like to submit and use the "settings" menu on the photo to submit.

Thank you - we will take a close look at smaller original landscape oriented photos - we will make adjustments to be sure we're not stretching any photos.

I just found a way to get to my library and was able to submit a photo to the contest. But, being logged in of course, when I click on that Green Bar, I am taken to the forum listing page, not to my library. When I go up to the top of the page and click on my avatar, under which is MY PORTFOLIO, and click on that, I am also taken to the forum listing page and NOT to MY PORTFOLIO, which is how I used to get my portfolio. Something's screwy.

Also, how does one vote for a photo in the contest?

It might be tied to the preference you set in My Account - I will ask them to look into it.
