david_smigelskis
I do not know which screw is for vertical adjustment of the rf. Horizontal is obvious and turns easily. But all the other screws are quite tight and I do not wish to mess with what is already doing its job properly.

paulgreeves
Hi David, I have been searching the Internet and found your question regarding the Koni Omega Rapid rangefinder. I have the same issue with my Rapid Omega. Could you tell me which screw you adjusted to calibrate the vertical adjustment of the viewfinder? Was the process easy? Like you, I am nervous about dismantling the camera. Perhaps you could send the image above with labels for the which screws need adjustment for horizontal and vertical adjustment. Many thanks Paul Greeves
paulgreeves
Hi David, I gave it a go this morning. I found and adjusted the vertical ok but the horizontal was a bit more difficult. It takes just the smallest adjustment on the horizontal axis. Took several goes to get it right. It is now 95% spot on, which I hope will be go enough to allow me to use the 180mm lens. Cheers Paul
