katsone Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 Holy Moley, it worked! The difference this time is that I made sure that it was NOT a read only file. That's the only difference. I no longer get a "browse files" that looks anything like it used to. So many changes! I have a brand new Laptop, and I'm new to Windows 10, but I really don't think that's the problem. Mary Doo Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 (edited) and please make sure that your image doesn't exceed 1000 pixels in the long dimension. Maybe this is the likely culprit - file dimension exceeding 1000 pixels, as it appeared that Katsone was able to type a message but could not upload.
