When I joined recently there was a need for at least 5 images to be uploaded to the "portfolio" section. Did you get such a screen? No-one seems sure of how it works, but I uploaded some images & seem to be automatically approved somehow. The admins claim to know nothing about this process though. Hey it worked for me give it a try!

Hello Susan. I know of Zero requirement for "portfolio" pictures. I have been here a few years & have NEVER put one up. Something is screwy for sure, so jump into one of the forum you are interested in & post your thoughts. . . better if you upload a relative photo. Aloha, Bill

I've heard, I forget exactly where, that the administration was considering imposing a 5 photo minimum on NEW MEMBERS. The purpose of this was to try to eliminate drive-by spam. Probably not a bad idea! It wouldn't be unlike administration to institute the policy with no announcement or further instructions, leaving newcomers and the rest of us a little perplexed. So my guess is, since I've heard several reports of this requirement, this is just what has occurred. It sounds like if you upload the necessary 5 images to your portfolio, you will be approved, though probably not notified of such. Do the uploading and then wait a bit and see if you have full access. Don't fret about not getting timely responses from Support. It's nothing personal!

Quite a few people have been asking about this.

Try uploading five photos.

For clarification: "Moderators" are not "Administrators", there is a big difference apropos User Traits and Systems Access. Moderators do not have "Administrative" traits on the P.Net servers and Moderators do not receive the emails which are sent to "Support".
