rossb
I've enjoyed all the shots. It's nice to see the old camera's out and that there are people who still enjoy them.
rossb
One more Yosemite shot off my second roll of film that I shot. This film is Street Pan 400 JCH and it was shot at box speed 400 and developed with ID11 for 10min 30 seconds at 1:1. For those of you that have not been to Yosemite the Valley Floor has basically a big auto loop. You can stop in many places and walk around or you can drive to the usual photographic scenes. This spot is actually the last stop on the way out. Just pull over and shoot. No walking or hiking. It's also a scene that is photographed a thousand times a day. I have been to Yosemite many times and usually this spot has a bunch of people with very nice digital camera's and many of them on tripods. This time may represent a change in what people like to do as most of the photographers were taking photos with their cell phones. No tripods out there. My shot is just a snapshot and no tripod or anything was used. Just aimed and fired. I used an orange and red filter on all the shots and I think this one was with the red. They are not much different really as my orange is a deep orange.

Bill Bowes
In the above photo you can see the hiking trail (lower right corner) that comes out of the Valley to these falls. Piece of Cake when I was 30 ish. . .today, ? Here is a closer shot of the falls from that trail. Aloha, Bill
Argenticien
Excellent "weekend" (et seq.) everyone. Bill, those are great tones in your first 1974 picture. (Well, both, really.) --Dave
Bill Bowes
What better place to hone one's Zone System techniques. Works with any film/camera combo. Aloha, Bill
