Dave, I really like the detail on the first shot of the eagle not that the last is bad, cool seeing the bird carrying a stick with a head on angle and the herons shot is impressive, Nice work.

Cheers, Mark

Thanks Mark. The 5D MkIV delivers an impressive mix of dynamic range, resolution and AF accuracy. It's made my wildlife photography, particularly bird-in-flight, much easier. The files are really nice to work with.

Yep, I really like mine. Good dynamic range and with Lightroom you can pull more out of the RAW. I started making some lightroom presets for my 5D MK IV for lenses ISO and conditions like SIGMA600mmISO3200Sunny, just my usual ballpark settings for noise, sharpness, black, highlight, shadow.,contrast, vibrancy, saturation. Making the post editing workflow much quicker.

This may seem a little "renegade", but I am puttering away preparing a report on the Nikon F90.

This is taken with my Canon 20D, 17-85mm

JDM, this could be considered treason unless that Nikon is being held as a prisoner of the camera wars. lol. Of course there may be the Geneva Convention rules against broadcasting photos of POWs where they can be individually recognized to consider.

On the other hand maybe you have a dream of a world where little Canon and Nikon cameras can play together.
