Bug Reports Part 1: the list (another experiment)

Just for clarity, several others have talked about the same problem with accessing POTW. But don't worry about it. I've decided for the time being not to waste my time on any photo-related PN aspects of the site. I'll check in on the forums once in a while to check on how what I now consider the test period is going. When I hear things have normalized, I'll resume my other activities.
We didn't need dialogue. We had faces!

Glenn - When do you expect we will be able to access our hidden folders?

Hi Jack,

"My Library" in your member center (see attached) should allow you to view hidden folders. We have made significant progress on performance issues - there is still more to come. 499133214_ScreenShot2017-02-15at11_58_20PM.thumb.png.350a6a36688adcd7506911be5bab5abc.png

Glenn - I tried My Library The drop down menu is nice as it saves me the trouble of scrolling through all 143 galleries. However, I can still access only thumbnails (which I could already do by selecting Photos and scrolling down}. In neither case can I get a larger view so except for the menu, the situation hasn't changed. Also, is it possible for other members to view those pictures? I'm guessing no.

Yes, it is v1, we will be adding in the Lightbox feature to all thumbnails in member center, similar to what you see on the main site where you click on the thumbnail and it renders a full photo.

We tried numerous times to replicate and could not. Not saying it wasn't happening to you, all I am saying is we could not replicate this bug here to diagnose and confirm it was a bug. Jin is bringing more servers on with load balancing, I don't think this would impact current performance as he is doing, but if it did, that could have been what you experienced.

Glenn, I experience this error on a daily basis, both in the POTW and POTD galleries. When I click the link once, I get the error. When I click again, it takes me to the correct page. I can't be sure, but it's my general impression that when I am logged in for a while and generally inactive, that's when this error mostly happens. But I can be completely wrong. I am using a mac with safari web browser.

p.s. I just now got the 404 error, this time with the page "Seeking Critique".

Accessing my Account is still a problem. When we were given Moderator permissions I was able to access my account and change the custom title but those permissions have since been revoked.

BTW, the above screen shot comes from the 'Your Account' option on the Quick Navigation screen

As of this moment still getting 404 message when trying to access potw forum from explore tab. Getting random 404 message during most navigation attempts. I think I'll check back next month and see if the site has become functional. Too much effort for too little return at the moment.

1. Still first priority is to get a full view of all galleries again for the Gallery View. Still only showing four them which means images can only be edited if they are reachable through the general photo scroll.

2. Also wondering if it might be possible to get our equipment lists back? I used that list to enter and track serial numbers in case of theft, fire or accident. It would be a monumental task to re-assemble that list from scratch again.

3. Still cannot view images in a hidden gallery (Archived). I have found two images through total photo scroll but this is definitely the long way around.
