Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended Trial Offer

Recommended Posts

(Not sure about the category). I keep getting a trial offer from Adobe for CS6 Extended which prevents me from processing my pictures (in CS6) - can't get rid of the offer to continue processing pictures. I have been getting this same problem for about a year of more. I don't want my processing held hostage to the trial offer. After a week or two the offer goes away and I can gain access to my pictures for processing until the "offer" returns. I'm sure I'm not the only one having this problem with Adobe's sales offer. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been using CS6 ever since it became available (one time purchase). Several times a year (for several years) I have been getting a trial offer for CS6 EXTENDED. The trial offer prevents me from working on new photo's - the trial offer CANNOT be deleted. I have to wait until Adobe decides to remove/cancel their advertisement before I have access to any of my unprocessed pictures! (In the past I purchased and used CS3 EXTENDED). I hope this clarification is helpful. Thanks for your response.

Jeff, thanks for your help by providing Adobe's telephone number however, the phone number is only available for paying customers. I will try going to Adobe on-line (www.adobe.com/getsupport) and see what happens. I'm still being blocked from having access to my picture by the trial offer for cs6 expended.

Update. There was no way I could contact Adobe (short of buying something) so I accepted there trial offer. Now I'm still bombarded with the trial offer but, I can click it off which puts the offer in the background (it never goes away) so I can continue to work. At the end of the 30 day trial I will see what happens.
