<p>This shot was taken in Julia Pfeiffer State Park in Big Sur. The tunnel reminds me of ET for some odd reason. And my boy likes the title.<br /><br /> After the shot and when I think of the composition a bit more, I should have asked my son to turn half way and point his hand like James Bond 007 and the title would have been 'My 007 Boy'. Oh well, another time!<br /> <br /><br /><strong>Farting Boy</strong><br /> <a href=" src="https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/679/31834331982_02f2d24286_b.jpg" alt="" width="683" height="1024" /><br /></a><br />I saw the flare coming at an angle and my boys always walk ahead of me in the hike. I thought of making something unique. It is after the shot that I find the flare coming right in an awkwardly placed position. It is sort of unintentional. Hence the embarrassing title to make my boys laugh.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Point Lobos State Park Sunset</strong><br /> <a href=" src="https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/351/31064578544_ed6e0bbfc6_b.jpg" alt="" width="683" height="1024" /><br /><br /></a>Sunset was taken while visiting Big Sur and Carmel on Christmas Eve. A memorable place to come again when the crowds of people are less.<br /><br /><br /> <br /><strong>Trump The Darkness</strong><br /> <a href=" src="https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/678/31151796463_8ec7993d56_b.jpg" alt="" width="1024" height="683" /><br /></a><br /> My title is misleading and politically incorrect. I can't be nice but I can be naive and silly with the title.</p>

<p>I really love the ET photo. Pretty cool effect! The light effect works nicely on the 'farting boy'.</p>

Hin, nice to see you around here again. I also like that first shot the the flare made me laugh!<br>

Happy New Year!<br>

I have been off work this week, shooting a lot and having fun in the snow. I skied up the mountain again to get a fireworks and torchlight parade shot last night. Pretty fun and it was a beautiful night. I was happy the moon and Venus showed up too. <br>

We've done some good skiing too. Here is my son on a newly opened run at Crested Butte, Teocalli Bowl. He is getting good. <br>

Here is a nice sunset I shot from the frozen half of the river. It's been cold lately and the ice is getting thick. <br>
