Greetings,
I hope you've all had a great week. It's time to start another, the last of November. While winter colors are ahead for many, our friends in other parts of the world see spring hues and greet the long days of summer. As seasons change so do our subjects. We get new chances at migratory animals and changed landscapes present fresh challenges. Nature is ever changing and all we have to do is step outside and enjoy the show.

A new week brings another Monday in Nature.

00eFhA-566627884.thumb.JPG.555500e8dedd003b880977f4e218af1f.JPG

Nice that you stopped for the Ischnoderma. Fungi like that really deserve more attention as they have such lovely textures and are especially pretty when laden with droplets. I've no doubt that you've seen them in many moods.

Mary Doo, lovely, simply lovely water.

I've seen small birds go into those large nests, and come out with something to munch on, then re-enter. Of course, no camera in hand. I brought it along in hopes of a shot, but never saw the bird at that nest again.

Very nice, and a beautiful reminder of west coast storms. I used to live on the central Oregon coast. Watching the big waves crash in was always a good time in Depot Bay. Nothing else sounds like that.
