ilkka_nissila
I use the 150cm indirect, haven't used either of the 190cm ones.

First thing is you need to think about is how much space you have to work with the box. With a 190cm softbox you need quite a bit of space if you're shooting indoors and want to be able to adjust the position of the light. If you do have a lot of space in all directions, then I should think the 190cm would be quite useful.

I use the 150cm indirect behind my back most of the time in my studio, as a fill light. My key light is typically a 100cm Octa or it can be a 135x50cm strip. I do not have enough space to use the 190cm in my usual location. I have used the 150cm as key light at times when I'm shooting in a location where there is more space than I normally have available. It has a nice look certainly. However, the ceiling in many indoor locations is too low.
