Scheduled Downtime for Firewall & Router update - 1.0

<p>Hello - Jin is in need of a relatively brief window to do some updates on current backend (firewalls and routers), so photo.net will be down from Tuesday night/Wednesday morning at 2am EST September 14. Estimated downtime will be between 1-3 hours.</p>

<p>Maybe you should think about letting Jin do these update during normal working hours. For us in Europe, we would appreciate it too !</p>

<p>I spent many years in I.T. - there are no 'normal working hours'. ;-)</p>

<p>Come on, Anders. Are you earning a living from Photo.net? Jin is and he seems to be the quietest, coolest and most talented dude here.</p>

<p>I think you misread Anders' post, Tim - he was supporting Jin by suggesting that he shouldn't have to stay up all night working on the update. </p>

<p>Yeah, sorry about that. I saw the Tuesday night to Wednesday morning night shift update window but got confused with your "For us in Europe, we would appreciate it too" comment which would be day over there in some parts.</p>

<p>Some folks here including myself are part time insomniacs and sometimes post at 3AM Central Standard but I can't tell whether I'm talking to another insomniac or a European who is posting in normal daylight hours.</p>

<p>My mistake. But I still stand by my opinion about Jin.</p>
