dhbebb
I have for quite a few years had a small number of historic pictures lodged with Retna Pictures, who have done a good job for me. This agency has now been taken over by Photoshot London. They contacted me in late Feb and asked me to invoice for work sold Dec 13/Jan 14, saying this would be paid at the end of March. Since I received nothing, I sent an e-mail reminder 10 days ago and another 5 days ago, followed by a phone call to the MD yesterday. This guy was totally apathetic and seemed to feel that a $300 bill was so trifling as to be barely worth mentioning. Anyone have experience of similar dealings with this agency?

It seems they have managed quite easily to simply not pay contributors and tax authorities for nearly 2 years, with the result that they are now over £380,000 in the hole. Ho hum ...
