Modern Film Camera Weekend, 1 April 2016

<p>I was anxious to present results from a recently acquired old camera, and David suggested that I start the thread.<br>

<p>This lady makes kachauris (a kind of stuffed puri).</p><div></div>

<p>And this lady has been a friend since she was a day old.<br>

The lab took 23 days to process the film and another four days to scan it. A decade ago, waiting time for processing and prints used to be under two hours.</p><div></div>

<p>Thank you, David. These photos were taken quickly to test the camera. Luckily there is nothing wrong with it. Had there been a light leak or shutter malfunction, or if the meter had been off, I don't know if I could have asked for a refund a full month after getting it.</p>

<p>FE2 with Kodacolor Gold 200, and Phoenix 19-35mm lens at 19mm. </p>

<p>I recently bought the camera from Goodwill, and scanned on a recently bought Kodak F135 scanner. My first try at scanning an uncut roll. </p>

<p>In case it isn't obvious from this view, it is the Golden Gate bridge from underneath.</p><div></div>
