Publishing Runway Models Falling

John,

Uploading pictures of a model falling is not a very good idea. It would further embarrass her. Someday it may get out there what you did. If you want to do anything with the picture(s) you might just send it(them) to the model and tell her you thought she might like it(them) just for laughs and that no one else will see the picture(s). She may remember your name and what you did for her. This may help you in the future.

It can't hurt you to be the "good guy." You never know when or where your name or what you have done will pop up. Better safe than sorry.

If it's a famous supermodel and she falls during a major show and the newspapers are writing arout the fact that she fell, it might very well be a valuable news picture you could sell. But if that's the case, there are probably dozens of photographers there who have the same picture, including ones who are on assignment for the same publications you would try to sell it to.

But if it's just some poor anonymous model who had a bit of bad luck, then I agree with the rest -- posting it serves no purposes but to make her look bad. And bad things come back to haunt you.
