How is your classic camera fund?

<p>Well she couldn't have used the Leicaflex SL in 52 or for that matter while she was Mrs. Kennedy, due to the fact that it was first avalable in 1968, the same year she married Onassis.<br>

It is the same with the lenses, they weren't there in 52.</p>

<p>Summicron indicates f/2 - there never has been a 50/2.8 R-mount lens (which would have been an Elmarit). The ebay listing then shows that the kit consist of an SL and an Elmarit 28/2.8. And how did she fit that Nikon lens onto a Leica camera?</p>

<p>I think she mostly used an old press camera when she was with the newspaper. Just never knew she was a photographer. Nearly always when there is celebrity provenance on an item, some fan with a great deal of money will spend a silly sum.</p>
