The LX used a 5.6 v PX27 battery to power the meter and electromatic shutter; the TLX and CLX use (4) 1.5 v silver oxide cells in an adapter. This same combo can also be used in the LX to replace the discontinued PX27. The TLX had a titanium coated finish, the LX had an aluminum, black aluminum, gold and platimun finish. Special editions of the CLX had Walter Zapp's signature, and there were various special editions of the LX featuring different trim, finishes, and other exterior enhancements. (source Wikipedia)

I have TLX,CLX, LX PLATIN, since these cameras are (CLX only 300 made), a lot
rarer than Riga Minox{17,000 made ).hence I keep them as collector item
For in pocket use, I use my two plain vanilla LXs
