Movie Plus starter edition, can you tell me how to get sound please?

<p>I hope this is right forum. I am using Movie Plus stater Edition and I have imported files which are in Mpeg format, but now they are playing without any sound. <br /> <br /> Can someone explain how to fix this please?</p>

<p>It's not software I'm familiar with - does the publisher have a support forum? <br /><br />But to start the basic troubleshooting process... do the files contain proper audio before they're imported? What format are the originals? What operating system are you using? Without a lot more information about your material and the platform you're using, it's going to be hard to even speculate about what's going on.</p>

<p>It does but they takes age's to respond, only with more complicated questions which is frustrating.</p>
