bert_krages1
I created a downloadable document in 2003 after another member posted about his experience of having his film seized by some company thugs after photographing an oil refinery (I got my film confiscated. Did I break a law?). It has been a popular document, with over a million downloads.

I recently updated the document in case anyone is interested. You can download it directly at The Photographer's Right.
